Forward Cue–Routing

A Unity prefab implementing visual forward cue navigation in HMD-based AR applications.

The Forward Cue–Routing pattern provides animated visual cues that guide users toward interactive objects or areas in augmented reality environments. This Unity prefab implements the key interaction logic and is designed for quick integration into Unity-based AR applications using HMDs such as the HoloLens 2.

It is part of the reusable technology library created to support the deployment of systematically validated AR interaction design patterns from my PhD research.
